I am 37 years old and just moved to the Albany area from Long Island a few months ago. I am currently a Head Start Director of a not-for-profit early childhood program. Previously, I was most recently a full-time Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher in Brooklyn. I taught 1st and 2nd grade students before that. I have been teaching for 13 years and have been working with children ages 2 through 12 for over 18 years in formal school settings as well as informal camp settings. Working with children has always been a passion of mine; I can't imagine doing anything else with my life. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am fun and upbeat as well as loving. I am looking for something part-time after school tutoring and/or babysitting. I would love the opportunity to work with your family. :-)
