About Kiersten

I'd describe my personality as patient, trustworthy, and communicative. I like working with kids because I want the opportunity to become a positive role model in their lives. I'm the oldest of all of the children in my family and I've always loved caring for the younger ones. I've pretty much been working with kids since I was a kid myself. When I was 14-15 my aunts would drop their 3-4 kids of at my house and I would watch them for the weekend. Things really got serious when my sister was born in 2018. My dad was single so I basically took the role of being her mother when she was at our house. In my spare time, I like to watch tv or facetime my little siblings/cousins. I'm a natural caregiver. As soon as my brother was born (when I was 3) I was obsessed. From that point on I was always changing diapers, talking to him, trying to teach him new things. That series of events then repeated 8 more times over the past 12 years due to my cousins and my little sister being born.
