About Kierra

Hi, I'm Kierra and I'm so excited to meet you! Childhood development has been a passion of mine for years, and a few years ago I transitioned from nannying to teaching so that I could explore all aspects of Child Development. I have been in childcare for the last 8 years and would describe myself as someone who is reliable, proactive and trustworthy. I believe trust is a very important aspect when it comes to anything related to children. You want the child to be comfortable enough to trust their caregiver along with parents trusting their children will be safe with their caregiver. I have worked with children of all ages, although I have more experience working with infants and toddlers. It's just something about the way they learn and apply that knowledge to the real world that fascinates me.
