Kiera was an absolute lifesaver to me. As a nurse and single mom who had a baby boy during COVID I was required to work a lot and needed almost constant care for my son. Kiera was there for me every step of the way she took care of my son from 6 weeks old until he was 1 and a half and I was able to work from home for awhile. Kiera kept me very well updated while I was working and we truly became great friends. In fact she still comes over to see my son as often as she can to this day. My son was a very colicky baby who nobody could calm down yet Kiera had a magic touch with him. I found myself asking her how she got him to eat, burp, sleep, etc. She always had a solution that worked and she was super patient with both my son and I. She was always willing to jump in and help out with whatever was needed most times without even needing to be asked. She also was very serious about her courses in CPR and first aid and while she was caring for my son my neighbors came to ask her for help when their kid was choking and they didn't know what to do. Kiera performed the Heimlich successfully without panicking and managed to save their child's life. This was something very important to me as a nurse and mother. Kiera also was very knowledgeable and had taken many courses in child development and used them in order to plan age appropriate learning activities etc. Overall she was wonderful and went above and beyond for me and my son. She truly loved and cared for him like he was her own.
