I liked Kiara when I interviewed her. Unfortunately, she turned out to be quite irresponsible. I called and she did not answer it. I texted, so she would know it was me and would have my number. She said she was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes. She did not. Instead, she texted me saying that she was too busy to talk that day. Hours later she tried to call. The next day, she texted saying she was ready to start the job (as if nothing had happened). No thank you. I need a sitter that is more responsive and more responsible to care for my children. Even after I informed her my family decided to interview more candidates, Kiara continued texting me talking about starting to work with my family. I had to clearly explain that we did not appreciate her saying she would call in 30 minutes and not doing so, and saying she was too busy to talk. Then she became extremely rude and unprofessional and said she is not obligated to take my calls and that I am selfish. Not what we need.
