About Kiara

Hi! My name is Kiara and I have great experience in the field of childcare. No matter what age or stage your child is at, I have experienced it and know how to handle it. I've worked at an elementary school full time as a psychiatric technician for children with intellectual/developmental disabilities and overall mental illness. I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum as well. I enjoy every day I have children around me! They're funny, innovative, and creative. I am warm-hearted, energetic and enjoy spending my time reading, crafting, spending time in nature, and playing games. I am also happy to prepare meals and complete house chores as seen fit. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology and am actively pursuing my Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis so I can work with children in schools, home settings, etc and pursue ABA Therapy. I look forward to hearing from you! My skills include patience, encouraging independence, and managing challenging behaviors.
