About Kiara

I have been in childcare for the past few years and have focused on the value of compassionate care. I have been apart of end of life care, dementia care, and helped care for a married couple in their last years together. I find this work very fulfilling and enjoy giving people the care and assistance they may need in this time. Nutrition and health are my passions and I try to bring that everywhere I go. I enjoy baking and making homemade meals (also make homemade dog food for some families). I believe getting outside and being active is very important even if it's only for a walk - happy to bring the doggos as well. Being creative brings me great joy, crochet, paint, beading board games are some of the activities I love to share! I clean if you'll let me and help with errands too. I believe in mindful living, kindness first and foremost.
