About Kiana

Hi There! I'm Kiana, 26-year-old who works in ABA in home and at school. I have worked in preschool, elementary and junior high with individuals who have autism, Down syndrome and other special needs. I am professional yet fun, I love working with kids of all ages. I have 2 younger siblings, 3 nieces and a nephew, all 8 years old and younger, so I'm always around children. I have a bearded dragon and I play soccer! Ready to help out where needed and eager to meet some wonderful families in my new found extra time! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, humorous, empathetic. I like caring for people with special needs because seeing humans of any capacity grow, overcome challenges and learn new things makes my days brighter everyday. I started caring for people with special needs when my brother with ASD was born in 2014, then I created a career from helping raise him and learning more about children and adults with special needs.
