I consider myself to be very organized and efficient, and if that is a service I can lend to others, I would be more than happy to help. It always feels as though there isn't enough time during the day to get things done, but with a little extra help and support, this can certainly be achieved! I was a former office support assistant for a summer college prep program for 2 years. Duties included: Received and sorted incoming parcels to record, dispatch, or distribute to the correct recipient. Welcomed office visitors and alerted staff to arrivals of scheduled appointments.
