It is our pleasure to recommend Kershia as a caregiver for your elderly family members. Kershia served as an in-home Aide/Caregiver to our elderly parents for over 2 years. Each day, Kershia displayed patience, comfort, and was beyond caring. She would run daily errands, including taking them to their doctor’s appointments. She also helped with laundry and cleaning. She cooked meals for them, of which they both raved about her cooking! (Especially her oatmeal) Kershia would check in daily with us. This would provide relief for our family. Kershia always remains calm and stays in control of the stressful situations. Recently, she needed to call an ambulance for our mother and stayed at her side all day in the hospital. She even spent the next day in the hospital with our family. Kershia was very comforting during this difficult time to our father. Keshia is a positive and upbeat individual. After her shift, she would even check in with our parents at night to make sure they were OK prior to bed.
