I love working with seniors. I am dementia certified. There is pride treating seniors with dignity. I returned to work at a nursing home. I'm now at Lahey as a patient coordinator. I empathize with seniors as their health becomes complex & need guidance navigating the healthcare system. I'm upbeat, compassionate and loving. Caring for seniors is rewarding because they're the most vulnerable people in our society. They deserve to be treated with respect as they need extra support. I can help keep a senior company and comfortable being with them. Giving a family peace of mind their family is taken care of with dignity. While working at a nursing home in November of 2021 is when I realized I loved working with residents. Learning new skills, being with my dogs and the beach are my favorite pastimes. Your family member is a person who needs support. I know each person has different strengths and should be met where they're comfortable. Lastly, I love to connect through listening.
