About Kenia

As the oldest kid in my entire family since very young I was always the designated sitter for my cousins and my little brother. Every career I ever wanted to be growing up always revolved around a caretaker's goal. A big part of caretaking is having the ability to work well with others, time management, and interpersonal communication, this is what I intend to bring to my childcare. During my undergrad, I worked at Blue Sprig Pediatrics and this experience solidified that working for the betterment of kids would be my lifetime goal. At this pediatric clinic I worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician who provided behavioral therapy to kids with autism. There we had to collect data every day to monitor the progress of over 15+ children we supported at the center. Currently, I am a PCT in Med/Srg and a Unit Clerk in Labor & Delivery at St. David's Medical Center. I graduated from UT last May 2023 with a BS in Advertising and will start a second career in nursing a year later!
