Regardless of age or environment, my focus remains the same: timely and effective communication, building a strong relationship with parents and children, and learning through play. Children thrive when all care providers are on the same page and using consistent approaches, so I provide regular updates with photos. I establish at the outset of the relationship how parents prefer to discuss expectations and make adjustments as needed in response to the child's growth. It brings me joy to get to know a child and discover their interests, strengths, and the ways in which they learn best. Allowing the child to take the lead in play gives me an opportunity to evaluate milestones progress and preferences. It provides the child with the opportunity to communicate in their language and to expand their vast imaginations.

Kendall is an absolute phenomenal childcare & educator professional. She is attentive, engaging, kind, inclusive, patient, and wonderful with children of all varying needs! Kendall has the exceptionally rare ability to connect with children and help promote healthy growth by observing their individual and unique needs and communicates this with parents in such a warm and polite manner, which helps continue positive growth at home. She has truly been a blessing for my three-year- old son (diagnosed ASD) and me by being another SAFE and nurturing adult for my son to be in the care of when he is not with me. She is passionate about helping children with special needs as well as educating parents with her in-depth knowledge and skills. I am forever grateful with all she has shared with me on helping my son grow, and all of her dedication to ensuring my son is understood, loved, and learning the tools he needs to succeed in everyday life. Kendall goes above and beyond to be the best caregiver, educator, and ADVOCATE for all of her children and I cannot thank her enough for all she does!
