Kelsey is one of the most outstanding young adults that I have had the pleasure to work with in a while. She is honest, full of integrity, fun, joyful and incredibly open to direction, while some how maintaining the ability to see things that need to be done and do them. When Kelsey works with other she takes the time to listen, and hear what the needs are and is incredibly good at finding ways to meet those needs. On a practical note every time Kelsey said she would show up she not only showed up but was early. It was really hard to see her move away but I am happy for her.
