About Kelly

Hello! I am an enthusiastic educator who's dedicated to sparking the love of learning in young minds. For the past 4 years, I have taught and tutored all subjects in grades K-12. As a credentialed multi subject K-8 teacher, I focus on designing engaging curricula that makes learning fun and accessible to all students. I'm proud of co-creating a school wide K-8 STEAM program that promoted inquiry based learning and fostered the critical thinking skills necessary to succeed in life in and outside of school. With two years of specialized training working with students facing unique behavioral and learning challenges, as well as a graduate degree in education with a concentration on special education, I bring a one-of-a-kind skill set to my role as a tutor.
