Assistance with personal hygiene and grooming, feeding. Ensuring Friends safety and maintaining a safe environment. Reminding/assisting & self-administration of medications (with proper training) Encouraging self-help activities. Reporting changes in Friends condition or family situation to the Family. Documenting services provided. Performing home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning. Planning meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals, feeding and clean-up. Accompanying Friends to scheduled appointments & Transporting them or running errands for them if needed. I have worked in care facilities as a Care Manager taking Care of our Older Generation. I treat them like I would want my parents to be treated w/ Dignity and Respect & with love. I have Patience, Compassion, & a lot of Love to Give. That is something you can't learn in a classroom or get from a degree. I have over 18 years experience.
