About Kelady
Experience: 10 yrs
I am a Virginia-licensed certified nursing assistant. Part of my duties in that capacity have usually included light housekeeping, laundry, etc. For one client, I served as their household manager, providing complete personal care and household management services. Among other things, I'm certified in CPR and First Aid. Perhaps my most comprehensive housekeeping experience, however, has been as a mother of two and grandmother of four. I also have experience with pets. Seems like over the years, we've had just about every kind of pet there is. Now I look after two cats, two guinea pigs, and two birds. Kelady has been working for us for a few months now and we are very happy with her services. She really makes our house shine and it is a pleasure to come home on the day of the week that I know she has been here. Kelady has proven to be responsive to feedback that I want certain things done in a particular way. Usually I ask Kelady to do something extra each week (e.g. windows, fridge) but if I forget she always take the initiative herself to do something extra to make up the agreed time, which I much appreciate. After the visit, Kelady often sends me a short email or leaves me a note so I know what she has done, if we need any cleaning materials, etc - being busy I appreciate this way of communicating. Lastly, we have a cat who is also very happy when Kelady comes around :)
