About Keira

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, well organized, and compassionate. I have grown up learning about children on the spectrum. Seeing how structure and consistency can improve a child's life. I enjoy playing and spending time with kids helping them grow into young adults. I'm looking for a job that allows me to get to know you and your family. I aim to keep the same expectations and boundaries that your family already has in place. I started working with kids when 12, going into my mom's classroom and watching her teach. Eventually got a job as a substitute teacher 3 years ago. In my spare time, I like to be creative! I enjoy painting and drawing. I make dreamcatchers and floral wreaths that I sell on my small Etsy page! One thing you should know about me is I am extremely organized and clean. I think it is super important to have a clean home in order for parents to relax at the end of the day. My skills include being able to implement programs, tutoring, and CPR certification.
