Keira nannied for our twins from the time they were four months old until they were almost 21 months after I found her on Care.com. She was immediately trustworthy and experienced, but she also became part of our family. The only reason she's not still working for us is because of relocation, and we were very sad to lose her. She was reliable when she was needed, but as a mother of twins with no family close, we relied of her for more than daily care. She helped me in the evenings after I worked and on weekends when I wanted to take them on outings. We trusted her to stay with the boys overnight when my husband and I were out of town. She is always so patient with our boys. She genuinely enjoyed being with them and helping whenever she was available. I occasionally travel for work and she helped fill in a lot of the gaps for me - pickups, meals, baths, bed. Any family that hires her would be lucky to have her! We love her like family.
