About Kaylynn

Originally from Northwest Arkansas and have recently moved to Overland Park! I am currently a full time nanny for three kiddos ages 2, 4, & 6! I have worked at a summer camp the past two summers. I am also First Aid, CPR, and Red Cross Lifeguard certified! I have experience from 3-month-olds, all the way up to 17 and as well as have experience and have a heart for kids with ASD! Through my years of experience with babysitting and nannying I have learned how to apply a parents preferred parenting style into the way I interact with their kids, and have experience with "gentle parenting" and "heavy discipline" styles! I try to encourage self play, independence, while teaching and leading new skills! All while of course being interactive and loving! I am comfortable with all home settings, pets, and also doing light housekeeping! I am available for overnights and have experience/references with those types of sits!
