About Kayla

I enjoy working with engaged and motivated students who desire to improve in mathematics either as a passion or as a part of move their academics. As long as the student is willing and motivated I enjoy helping them develop the tools and confidence to applied their lessons correctly in any scenario. I have 8+ tutoring students in college and high school courses on subjects ranging from algebra to multivariable calculus. I've had students come up and thank me for helping them build up the tools and confidence to pass their classes at the end of the year. I have a knack for pin pointing exactly where someone got stuck and addressing it and coming up with different methods of explaining a concept in order to best help the student. Between my ability to pinpoint misunderstandings and my foundational understanding of the mathematics I can help students learn, work through, and pass their courses.
