About Kayla

I currently work at Kensington Elementary School as a site director. I work for an after school program for kids who's parents work and can't pick them up until later. I have been working there since my sophomore year of high school. The requirements for this job is to ensure the safety of the children participants and engaged fully in daily interactions, implement selected curriculum including leading activities, games and arts and crafts, help with homework and snack/breakfast, manage behavior and enforced organization rules and policies and maintained positive relationships with parents and school personnel. I have also previously babysat for multiple families in the past.
