Hi! My name is Kayla and I am a recent psychology undergrad. I've been working with kids since about 15 (now 25), starting with baby sitting and eventually gaining experience in after school programs, where I was responsible for creating/implementing lesson plans. Having a background in psychology, I understand that there are many important necessities of development. I love exploring the outdoors, but am also pretty crafty: I love painting, drawing, crafts, singing, and playing ukulele. I currently working in finance, as a mortgage loan assistant.
