About Kayla

Hello, my name is Kayla ! I am a student-athlete at Rowan University looking for a flexible job during the summer. I love working with kids because it gives me an opportunity to make a difference within a child's life. I enjoy mentoring children, sharing knowledge and helping kids learn new skills. Working with kids also brings new experiences and challenges daily, making the job feel exciting. Overall, I love being able to form meaningful connections with kids in hopes that one day they can remember the impact I had in their lives! I started working in childcare professionally when I was 17 years old at a local daycare. With the help of my colleagues I would care for children raging in ages 11 months-11 years old. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside. One thing you should know about me is that I am extremely flexible and very communicative! Some of my skills include patience, physical stamina, observation skills and empathy.
