About Kaylah

I'm currently working as a behavior therapist for younger children. I was a lead teacher in a Twos classroom (18 months- 2 1/2-year-olds) at a learning center. Before teaching the Twos I worked with Infants (6 weeks -12months), Toddlers (12 months- 18 months), early preschool (2 1/2-year-olds - 3 1/2), and preK (4-12-year-olds). I'm responsible for creating lesson plans age and developmentally appropriate for young children; Responsible for setting up my classroom to reflect the lessons that I'm teaching; Assist the center director and staff with various tasks as needed; Assist in ensuring licensing and Great Start to Quality standards are met; Assisting in the NAEYC accreditation process for my class; Manage and monitor students' progress and behavior; Assist in the preparations of center events, Parent/Teacher conferences. I enjoy working with kids and watching them learn something new. The facial expression on a kid's face is priceless when they achieve something. My kids are1, 2&8
