About Kayla

Hello! I am a speech-language pathologist who has worked in multiple assisted living and independent living facilities for the past 6 years providing speech therapy services to the geriatric population. I have gained great experience working with individuals with dementia and their families, in all stages of the disease, and thoroughly enjoy being a part of my patients' care team. I currently work as a per diem (as needed) SLP with several rehab companies and am hoping to further fulfill my passion of caring for others through a position where I can provide occasional companion care/assistance with daily activities and respite for family members who need some time for self-care, errands, etc. I am available 1-3 days per week with a maximum of 10 hours per week **I am seeking a flexible schedule, as I have two little ones at home and my SLP work schedule can vary week to week** I am happy to provide more info at your request and look forward to speaking with you!
