About Kayla

Hello everyone! I am a 23-year-old full time student. I am working on my M. A. in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College in NYC. My undergraduate degree is a B. A. in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury. Although I do not have paid experience from babysitting, I do have experience. I have been watching my little cousins since before I can remember. I also work as a DSP, caring for individuals with special needs. Working with children has always come fairly easy to me, being that they take well to my easily relatable personality. I also want to note that my favorite part about working with kids is the conversation. Working with me is a mixture of enforcing the rules set by the parents, but still being able to create a comfortable and fun environment for children seeing a new face.
