About Kayla

I am in search of a full-time nannying position in the greater Boston area for the Summer of 2024. Currently, I teach 9th grade biology at Cardigan Mountain Boarding School in Canaan, NH. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I am a live-in dorm parent to 15 students ages 10-16 years old. On a daily basis I am in charge of their wake-ups, after school care/homework help and night-time routines. At the end of this academic year I will be moving to Boston for June 1st. While my current position lends itself towards working with older kids, I have experience nannying for ages 1-15 years old. During the summer of 2022 I was a full-time nanny for a family with a 2-year-old little boy. I was tasked with running errands for the house, cooking his meals and transportation to his weekly activities (we also accomplished potty-training that summer!). My training/skills include K-12 tutoring, CPR (adult and child), First-Aid and Water Safety. Additionally, I have my own transportation.
