I have 6 years of experience ranging from established childcare jobs, to babysitting for family, friends, neighbors, and a few families I've met through here more recently. I've had my CPR certification off and on for the last 7 years, as well as training in first aid. It's not current, but I wouldn't mind taking the class again to update that certification. I have a 9-month-old daughter who has been coming with me for childcare since she was about 6 weeks old. I'm also a birth doula, and will have times when I am on call. For this reason I do need you to have backup childcare during these times, but I am generally only out for a birth about 12-18 hours and can give pretty decent notice. I communicate due dates and information as soon as I know and take on a client so everyone is aware and can plan for it.

Kavindra is so great with our infant son. She watches him multiple days a week, allowing me to return to work. She plays with him, helps him develop and meet milestones, and comforts and soothes him when he's upset. She always arrives early and is super dependable. She's also really sweet and patient with our dogs. 10/10 recommend.
