Respectful, clean, honest, dependable. When my mother had knee replacement surgery that resulted in infection, Katrina assisted with care in our home. She helped clean her dressing, respectfully assisted her with bathing, encouraged her to do the exercises given by the therapist, and even prepared her tea(just the way she liked it). A true gem.
