About Katlyn

I am an enthusiastic person who loves working with children. I worked as a live-in nanny for over three years for a child that was a year and a half old until he was three and a half years. I then pursued and obtained a college degree in Early Childhood Education (A. S) from Rasmussen College. I have two years of corporate child care experience where I worked exclusively with infants ranging from 6 weeks of age to 1 year and oversee a classroom of 8 infants. In my classroom I maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for the children where they can learn and develop as they grow. I hold the following certifications: CPR Certified, First Aid Certified, and Asthma Safe Certification. I also have obtained the Florida DCF Hours which are: Mandatory Child Care Standard hours for Training Part I, Part II, Early Literacy and Language Development as required to work in a child care facility.
