Katlyn has worked for us for 1 1/2 years and she has been fantastic. She started with us when my son was 12 weeks old and she brought her son to work with her and she watched both children (they were almost exactly the same age). Katlyn treated my son like he was her own. Many times I would come home and she would be holding and cuddling my son while hers played on the floor. She was also great at coming up with age appropriate activities as the boys developed. Whether it be painting, coloring or playing with flour or water outside, she was always looking for creative ideas. She took them to parks, the family museum and the zoo whenever she could. She was also great about communicating with me throughout the day. I would get text messages and pictures of them doing their activities which was wonderful to see how their day was going! I would highly recommend Katlyn for any child care position. It is very clear that is her passion.
