I've found that some caretakers tend to mentally check out once 5:00 comes around and their workday is over. This is simply not the case with Kitty. In the evenings when she gets home from work, she'll spend countless hours on the computer researching and coming up with a variety of new educational and recreational activities for the coming week in order to keep her kids engaged and stimulated. In this age of COVID, the prolonged weeks at home can start to become a bit repetitive and dull, especially for the little ones. Kitty excels in finding ways to disrupt that sense of monotony that results in happier kids, which invariably results in happier parents! At this point I find it appropriate and necessary to disclose that fact that Kitty is my wife, and I understand how one may think that I'd be biased. I think that if anything, the fact that we're married gives me insight into her work ethic that would be otherwise unknowable to her employers, so I figured I would share it.
