We were excited to meet Katie to have her for trial day for a long term position. She confirmed the details (time and location) to show up via text, then never arrived at 8am. I texted her at 8:10 making sure she had the right address and it's 10:00 now and no response. I understand things come up, but in this industry, it's critical to communicate.
