About Katie

Hello families! I just moved to Tampa from Massachusetts. I have over 8 years of experience working with children of all ages. I have worked at daycares, camps, been a nanny to two families, a tutor to two families, was a third grade teacher in Mass, and was a big sister for the BBBS program. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary education and sociology, and minors in TESOL and special education. I have over 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities ranging in ages 4 - 55. I am also CPR and first aide certified. In my spare time, I like to outdoorsy and adventurous kind of things like finding a new trail to walk, long boarding, paddle boarding, and indoor rock climbing. I'm looking for a job that I am able to easily communicate with the family.
