About Katie

I'd describe my personality as kind, compassionate, and optimistic. I like working with kids because I've consistently formed strong bonds with children, and they consistently bring me joy. I'm looking for a job where I can engage with children creatively while ensuring their safety and well-being. While also having a family that values communication, mutual respect, and provides clear expectations would be ideal. I started working with children during my freshman year of high school, but even before that, since 5th grade, I've been taking care of my two younger siblings during the summers. One thing you should know about me is that I am exceptionally diligent and hardworking. My skills include creating a nurturing and engaging environment, fostering effective communication with both children and parents, and prioritizing safety and well-being at all times.
