About Katie

Hello! My name is Katie and I have had several years of experience as a home health aide, with my own family and professionally. I'm able to provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, feeding and bathing, and help with transfers. I am unable to fully transfer someone, but I can assist. I also know first hand how important keeping up with something like physical therapy can be and can assist in her exercises. A bit about me, I'm 23, I enjoy reading, crafting, music, and spending time in nature. I'm also currently studying different forms of holistic medicine through Chico Holistic Wellness Center. One of the common threads found among practices is the importance of building small habits that bring you joy. I love helping my clients do what they love while staying in their own homes instead of a facility.
