About Katie

My name is Katie! I am 22 years old, I currently work at an assisted living facility as an activities assistant. I work on the traditional side as well as memory care unit. I paint nails, have tea socials, play games, chit chat, watch movies, go on lunch outings, and so much more. I love working with my residents but hours are tough since I am in College, I'm looking for something a little more flexible. I do not do any care (bathing, toilet assistance, etc.) however I am able to help with house work, errands, playing games, doing hair, makeup, and nails, and most importantly I can be a friend! I am currently going to school to be a speech therapist, and I will be graduating in the spring. I hope I can help someone and become an important person to them!
