About Katie

I'd describe my personality as fun, friendly and adventurous. I like working with kids because they have such a fun and unique perspective on the world. It's so much fun to see the world through their eyes and help them grow into wonderful adults. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and part time. I work full time in Human Resources at Eldora Mountain and my family is back in Washington. I miss spending time with my niece and nephews so baby sitting is a great way to spend some time with kiddos. I started working with kids when I was 12, babysitting the neighborhood kids. In college I worked as a nanny to a family of 3, which was a perfect fit for my school schedule. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside! I love skiing, biking and exploring Colorado. My skills include conflict management (essential for families with more than 1 kid), being creative (fun activities no matter the weather) and being safe (my CPR is up to date).
