About Katie

I have had a bit over 10 years of solid childcare experience. My mother is the founder a pre-school in my hometown where I worked for several years. I learned to apply theories of multiple intelligence to tailor teaching to children's individual needs. I also have minor degrees in Spanish language and Music and have led classes and incorporated these skills in individual work in my nannying positions. Depending on time of day, I enjoy bringing children to enriching classes around the neighborhood, the park and other engaging attractions or events for kids' learning. I currently have a 1-year-old daughter whom I may need to bring along with me at times. She is pleasant and interacts well with other children.
