About Katie

I am a mom of three active boys, ages 3, 5, and 7, and love being outside, crafting, reading new books, and creating new games that lead to open-ended play. I recently finished a full time, 3-year nanny position for a little boy and absolutely loved it. As my own kids are getting older I am now looking for a part time position or babysitting on an as-needed basis. My availability is pretty flexible on Tuesdays-Fridays and can be available occasionally on the other days. I also have my own vehicle and enjoy taking my kiddos, and yours if you are comfortable, to parks and the library. I'd describe my personality as creative, playful, and calm. I like working with kids because it gives me an opportunity to lean into my own creativity and playfulness. In my spare time, I like to explore new hiking trails, read both fiction and non-fiction, and work on DIY home projects.
