I have worked with kids for 12 years, and I have loved every minute of it! I have worked in childcare facilities out of state, and am now in Florida for grad school. I can help your child(ren) with crafts, science experiments, and their homework, and I can assist you by helping cook/prep meals for your child. I have a passion for STEM and STEAM education, as well as being very involved in the arts, and I hope I can help your child become more engaged too!

Katie had been my Senior aide for several years at the child care program I run. Now that she has moved away, both the children I work with and I miss her positive disposition. We all look forward to her visits when she's in our area. She loves getting the kiddos excited about learning, and the world around them. She'd often come up with fun STEAM experiments that had the kids really excited and asking for more. She is good at engaging a wide range of ages and is good at talking to the kids about boundaries and behavior choices. Many of the children looked on her as a favorite Auntie, Big Sister and Mentor all rolled into one. Katie has been a joy to work with, offers great suggestions for working with kids, and has always been willing to work with me to create the best experience for the kids for whom we were responsible.
