Experienced child care provider with a Montessori background. Full-time nanny and household manager for a single-parent household. BA in Writing, Rhetoric and Discourse from DePaul University '18. Tutor and substitute teacher. Located in North Center. Driver's license but no car; confident in public transit and ride shares as an alternative. Flexible schedule. Available for overtime and date nights. Current Responsibilities: -- Read 30+ minutes a day, Montessori-style work time, projects and play -- Schedule playdates and connect with playgroups -- Choose and register child for classes and programs -- Bring child to/from and attend doctor appointments -- Prepare meals, clean kitchen and straighten house -- Light laundry, organize and rotate toys, -- Take child on outings to parks, libraries and the pool. Occasional field trips to the zoo, museums and farmer's markets. -- Misc household tasks such as errands, replacing batteries and filters, and scheduling home repairs
