About Kathryn

Hi, my name is Katy! I am currently finishing my second year of college at Cal Poly. I am majoring in Communication Studies and minoring in Media, Arts, Society, and Technology (MAST for short). I love it here in SLO and plan on staying around for the summer before I head to Italy for a study-abroad experience. In the meantime, I would be so happy to make some new connections in the community. My mom was an elementary-age teacher for 23 years, so I have lots of experience tutoring and working with primary-age kids. In high school, I worked with individuals and led tutoring groups at local elementary schools. Outside of that, I babysat and also worked as a mom's helper. I ran errands, helped around the house, and took kids to and from their extracurricular activities. I can be there to help wherever you might need it! I look forward to meeting you :)
