About Kathryn

Hey there! Licensed social worker, looking for part time night/weekend jobs. I have over 10 years of babysitting & nannying experience with newborns-pre-teens. I also have 3 years experience as a Therapeutic Preschool Specialist providing group therapy for toddlers with trauma and/or behavioral reactions. Comfortable and skilled working with kiddos with special needs. Lastly, I held a volunteer position in the NICU for 8 years and love babies! I love to learn from and with children, and believe that play is the most valuable form of learning! I have worked in many high-stress environments which has developed my consistently calm, compassionate and nurturing demeanor with kiddos. I value openness and honesty and work hard to earn the trust of families I work for. Only comfortable working with families who value social justice and equality!
