Kathleen was great! Super communicative and took initiative to set up an intro call to get to know each other before babysitting. She showed up on time, took great care of my 18mo, gave him dinner and put him to bed. She even did the dishes and tidied up the toys! She shared two text updates while we were out which was also great.
