Our family cannot express how much gratitude we have for Kathleen and how much she gave to our daughter, E. Kathleen worked with us 5-days a week for 8 months during the ages of 10 months to 18 months. She put so much thought into her daily routine, child development, milestones, thoughtful games, outside learning and listened to what we would share about our doctor visits and then would implement complimentary learning activities to help push forward our daughters overall growth. Kathleen had implemented things like a monthly running recap about E's monthly growth, invested in an app and would track her daily activities; any medications needed, diaper changes and naps, etc. These are things that Kathleen set up and implemented on her own, and they were so helpful to us and our understanding of their daily activities. We never had to wonder when the last diaper was changed or teething medicine given, she entered it all into the app for us to be able to have a daily record of the day. Most of all, we could tell Kathleen genuinely cared about the well-being of our daughter. We would hear them laughing together, or see Kathleen take such a gentle and calming approach to a toddler meltdown. E began to learn to take deep breaths and try to self regulate and then walk off with Kathleen to continue on with their next activity. We would see them walking around out front and smelling the flowers and hugging trees. She taught E sign language and was working on verbal development. Our daughter is so communicative and she can tell us exactly what she wants all through sign and all thanks to the time and dedication Kathleen put into teaching baby sign language. We get compliments all the time about how impressed our families are with how much E is able to communicate with everyone. There are just so many wonderful things to say about Kathleen, she has forever left an imprint on our family and we feel so lucky to have spent even a little time with her and most of all, we know our daughter got the best care available - and better than we could have ever imagined. If Kathleen is available, don't waste anymore time and hire her!
