About Kathleen

Hi! My name is Katie. I'm the oldest of 4 kids, my youngest sibling being 9 years younger than me. I have raised 4 children of my own, 2 of them being twins. My kids are now 18, 15, and 12. I ran a successful childcare for 5 years while my oldest were younger. I own a 1:1 fitness/nutrition remote coaching business. I would like to supplement my income with doing what else I love, being with kids. I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, and bubbly. I like working with kids because I enjoy watching them learn. Early childhood is such a crucial time of development I enjoy helping them become the people they will be later! It's so rewarding. I'm looking for a job that I can start right away, that has hours I can work my business around. I started working with kids when I first started babysitting, I then taught swim lessons at Carson Swim School. When I stayed home with my oldest children, I knew that owning my own licensed childcare was the only thing to do.
