About Katherine

I worked as a nanny for 5 yrs for a prominent family of attorneys with 3 children in Lafayette, LA while I earned my college degree in General Studies mostly focusing on sociology and psychology. I cared for 2 boys and a girl from baby stage until their toddler years. Caretaking comes natural to me. I'm a nurturing, compassionate and empathetic person who understands children and their needs. In fact, I was the only person the parents trusted to care for their children if they left town. My duties included taking the kids out of the house and "wearing them out" as their mom would say, lol. I also did light housework mostly including laundry or dishes. I stayed with them overnight then brought them to school, picked them up, read them books, fed them and had so much!
