About Katherine

Hi there! My name is Katie, and I am a passionate, outgoing, loyal caregiver who loves kids of all ages and pets. I have been a licensed practical nurse since the beginning of this year and graduated as a registered nurse in August. I have experience caring for children from as young as 6 weeks to teenagers. I babysat all through high school to earn spending money and spent two summers as a nanny for a newborn up until he was one and a half. Recently I have been a nanny for a one and a half year old, a special needs 6-year-old, a 2-year-old and a 3-year-old. I love arts and crafts, reading, and writing. I studied opera for a couple of years before I switched to nursing, and I still love to sing. I am currently a full time registered nurse at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes on the cardiac telemetry floor and am looking for majority one time gigs as I do not have the availability for a full time or recurring position unless it's just one day a week.
